URGENT HELP REQUIRED - PP2003 Notes Master Layout

I have over 230 slides and have just made some changes to the Notes
Master, but these changes are not reflected on the notes pages themselves.

Is there a way that I can reapply the Notes Master to ALL of the notes
pages without viewing each notes and page and individually applying the
layout to each page?

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi

What version are you using? I'm on 2003 and my notes pages update
automatically when I change the notes master... Have you tried saving than
closing & opening the presentation?

PP2003.

Tried saving, closing PP and then reopening... no difference.

Maybe there is an options setting somewhere?

I can do that.. and might have to if I cannot find a simpler solution
sooner, but one has to re-apply the Master Layout for every notes page,
and I have a large presentation (now 240+ slides)!!

Surely, there must be a way to reapply the Master Layout to the entire
session?

OK... now I am very confused!

Without actually doing anything, other than LOOKING through the Tools >
Options settings, and Tools > Auto Correct settings and NOT making any
changes...

I edited the Notes Master and nothing happened.

I then re-edited the Notes Master, but this time I only changed the
dimensions of the body text area and guess what? The changes here were
reflected on the Notes pages, all of them!

Now I can change the font size in the body area and the changes are seen
"globally" so my problem is solved, but I have no idea why as I changed
nothing in any settings, I just shuffled the Notes layout slightly???

AAARRRGGGHHHH... this is so frustrating!

The only changes that I make to the Notes Master that are reflected on
the Notes Pages are changes to the body area. Changes to the slide size
or position or the Notes Master Layout items are not being applied to
the existing Notes pages!!!

I have just managed to recreate the problem (kind of). I changed the slide
size & position on the Notes Master, it updated all notes pages except for
one which did update when I right-clicked->Notes Layout->Reapply master. Why?
Well, this particular slide has lots & lots of pictures & lots & lots of
animation so I can only assume that that is the issue. Is it displaying
similar behaviours for you?

VBA. If you don't know how to use VBA there is a link at the bottom of the

All the slides and notes are all looking like they should using the VBA
solution.
