URGENT : How to get CHECKBOX object value from C# Class

As subject...

I wanna get the value of some Visual Basic Object (Checkbox) in a Excel
Worksheet from a C# class / VB.NET class....

May I ask for advice ???

What I got ....only Excel application, workbook, worksheet....and so on...
Excel.Application excelApp = new Excel.ApplicationClass();
Excel.Workbook excelWorkbook;
Excel.Sheets excelSheets;
Excel.Worksheet excelWorksheet ;
