Urgent -- Image resolution in Visio 2007

I am just about to order Visio 2007 - simply because I want to save
images of higher resolutin (150 dpi, 300 dpi, etc.)

Can someone tell me if this feature works properly in Visio 2007
standard edition?

Thanks so much.

Visio is primarilty a vector drawing tool, not bit level. It can save in some
bitmap formats. The default printer resolution is 600, the default screen is
96.

Thanks for the response.

I actually tried on Visio Professional Edition 2007. It saves the
diagrams as image files (like GIF, JPG) in various resolutions like
150x150 dpi, 300x300 dpi, etc. It works fine.

I have not tried this feature in VISIO 2007 STANDARD EDITION. So, I'd
appreciate if someone could let me know if the feature works fine in
*Standard Edition*.

Thanks again.

I only have 2007 Prof, but I would imagine that Standard has the same
graphic format dialogue with resolution settings. I can't imagine that MS
would go to the trouble of programming a different dialogue; they would
simply leave certain functions out of Standard.

I'd be interested to see what Standard users say on this.
