URGENT:Keyboard getting locked while using MS Multilanguage softwa

Hi,

There is a problem while using Russian language in MS Outlook. I'm using
Microsoft Multi-language software and it works fine with everything (Word,
Excel and Power Point) but with Outlook.
My keyboard seems to get locked when I try to draft a mail in Outlook. It
starts working if the Space bar or Enter key is pressed and I can start
typing in Russian. However, the keyboard stop working every now and then and
I've to press Enter or Space bar again to get it moving.

Can any body please help me to know what the issue is and how to fix it?

"Microsoft Multi-language" - do you mean the language bar (IME)?

Does this happen for all message types (plain text, HTML, RTF)?
Does this also happen if you use Word as your email editor?

I'm using Microsoft Office Multi-Language Pack 2007 software. The software
has proofing tools for 37 languages.

Yes, this happens for all the message types.

Yes again, the email editor is MS Word

Also would like to mention that we tried to reinstall MS OFFICE 2007 as a
resolution for this issue. However, the 'Remove Software' option is not
available in the "add or remove programs" for MS Office.

If you can advise how I can fix this issue, that will be a great help.

Sorry, I have no ideas about this. All I can suggest is to apply all
Office updates, and if it still persists, contact Microsoft Support.
