URGENT! Microsoft Outlook has encountered an error and needs to c

Whenever I start MS Outlook XP, I get the message "Microsoft Outlook has
encountered an error and needs to close..." To resolve the issue, I ran the
repair Outlook feature with no luck, then I removed and reinstalled Outlook
with no luck, then I removed and reinstalled Office and not only did the
Outlook problem persist, but now Word and Excel and Access are giving the
same problem on startup. Please advise.

Have you run Office update?
What size is your outlook data file?
Have you run scanpste.exe, the repair tool, on your data file?
Uninstalling / Reinstalling rarely cures an OL problem

I ran Office XP update for svc pk 3, it didn't help. Then I ran the scanpst
file on my outlook.pst file, which is at 600mb, and the problem still
continues...

Does this also happen if you open Outlook in Safe Mode (Start -> Run ->
outlook /safe)?

Can you find any additional info on your error in the Event Viewer
(Applications)?

No. In safe mode it runs and I can work with email. I appreciate any help

If it runs fine in Safe Mode, then it is caused by an Outlook add-on.
Disable or uninstall all add-ons one-by-one to find out which one causes it.
