Urgent - Pasting options are not displaying

Hello,

My pasting options have disappeared in Excel, which means the small icon
that allows me to "match destination formatting" is not displaying when I try
to paste from another program. How do I get it back?

Tools > Options, on the Edit tab check Show Paste Option buttons.
