Urgent: Portfolio Analyzer Access Issue

S

Sadia

Hello,
I am having Portfolio Analyzer access problems. A user is logged in to
Domain A on his machine. While Project Web Access is available on
Domain B. So he logs on to Domain B via VPN. He is able to access
everything on PWA but when it comes to opening Portfolio Analyzer
views, he sees the message "The cube is either not built or user does
not have permissions to view the cube."
The same user if uses another machine and doesnot log on to Domain A,
but directly connects via VPN to Domain B, then he is able to access
the Portfolio Analyzer views.

I have no clue how to fix this problem. I am wondering if the two
domains are some how confusing PWA?? I need to get this fixed as soon
as possible.

Please help!
THanks
Sadia.

Sadia:

What's happening is the machine is sending the Domain A credentials
automatically, because that's the way the user logged into the machine. You
can control this behavior in your advanced security settings in the browser.
You may need to set this user to prompt for credentials.

Hello,
The same problem is occuring again on other machines with the
Administrator account. I am able to access the cube on my machine with
the Admin account successfully after making the changes in Internet
Settings (those that Gary suggested). But even after making these
changes on another machine, the Admin account is unable to access
Portfolio views.
Help Please!!
Thanks
Sadia.
