Urgent : Spooler error + two other errors

We have a number of problems that need to be solved.

1. The number of enterprise resources shown in the Enterprise Resource Pool
differs from the number of resources shown in the PWA Resource Center.

In MSP Enterpriose Resource Pool a number of 1288 (highest Enterprise
Unique Id) resources are shown, while in the Resource Center only 1252
(highest Enterprise Unique Id) resources are shown. I am logging on as
Administrator in both cases, and I show both Active and Inactive resources.
All 1288 resources are shown in the Admin - Manage Users grid list. No
filters in use. Adding new enterprise resources in the Enterprise Resource
Pool are consequently not visible in the Resource Center. Why ???

2. In MSP Enterprise Resource Pool I have set a number of resources to be
Inactive. If I try to set one or more of those resources back to be Active
(still in MSP Enterprise Resource Pool - not PWA), I get the Message :
Project Server was unable to process the request. An Invalid node
parameter was specified". Is this a known error ?.

3.Web sites are not longer created automatically when publishing new
projects. I can still create them manually (all options are correctly set
for automatically creation). Up to now we have a number 290 web sites that
is sucessfully created. When publishing to Project Server we get a Spooler
error (SYSTEM ERROR (0x80004005) that is related to Novell. Does anybody
know if there is a connection between this spooler error and the problem of
creation of web sites ?.

in case project prof is connect to proj server using IP address instead or URL then the resources doesn't get added and also the subwebs don't get created. Convert IP address to URL in proj prof and also in PWA under Admin > manage WSS

Hope this helps
