Hi, I have a document that includes 3 tables. Each table
extends onto several pages. Sometimes the data entered
into 1 cell of a row can extend the cell (and thus the
row) onto a second page - I'm not sure if this is a
printing problem, but thought I'd mention it anyway.
In page layout view everything looks fine. In fact even in
Print Preview it can look OK.
The problem is that when I print the document sometimes an
on-screen page is printed over 2 pages or only a portion
of a page is printed and the remainder is not printed. The
document does not print as seen in Print Layout View.
How can I ensure that all of the document is printed as I
see it on the screen in Page Layout View?
Any ideas or suggestions appreciated
Cheers
