Urgent: tasks didn't get published.

I have successfully deployed Project Server, and it already run smoothly,
until i notice that all tasks that had been created since certain date,
didn't get published to PWA. Those tasks can't be seen in Project Central at
Project Web Access. After do some analyzing in Project Server database, I
notice that tasks have been successfully stored at table "MSP_TASKS", but
haven't been stored either at MSP_VIEW_PROJ_TASKS_ENT or
MSP_VIEW_PROJ_TASKS_STD. I notice that only several tasks from projects that
have been created earlier, but not for later project. I have repeatedly
published those projects, but error still occured. Please help me on this.

When I look at Event Viewer, there are a lot of error from Microsoft Project
Server like this:
