Urgent! team member - edit/update access to issues and risks?

[project summary task---Urgent! please]

Hello:
Your help will be of great help at this urgent need.
Right now team member not able to edit/update issues and risks.
Only Project manager could do this.

Could someone tell me how give access to team member?

Try this:

PWA > Admin > Manage Windows SharePoint Services > Manage SharePoint sites >
[click on project name] > Synchronize.
