URGENT!! Using Lotus Notes email with Project 2003

How do I email Project 2003 status updates using Lotus Notes email to send
updates to and from my team members by email?

Actually, I just wanted to tell you that some people don't care for those
who post something as URGENT. You would be better off just posting a normal
question without the URGENCY.

(Previous releases did.) Please see:

I have not tried using the workgroup messaging feature with Notes.

Actually, Julie's answer might be misunderstood by some. The KB she linked
to gives directions on how to enable these features in Project 2003.
Project 2003 DOES support workgroup mail just as previous versions did, it
is just not enabled out of the box. One must edit the registry as the KB
shows.

Also, it will work with Notes 4.5a or later.

This feature will NOT be in the next version of Project. 2003 will be the
last version to support these features.

Brian, I am working a transition project and need to continue to use
workgroup messaging with the deployment of MSP 2003 and are not running
Project server. The desktop support group has made the changes to the
registry files, but I can't seem to locate the Workgroup message send
functions. Do the changes in the registry file put the workgroup Message
element back in the Tools menu, or do I need a secret access process? Please
respond to (e-mail address removed) if you get this today (12/22), as I
am going on vacation tomorrow and will need to get this finished for a mid
January deployment of 2003. If you don't get this today, please respond to
(e-mail address removed) as I can check that email while out of town. thank
you very much.
