URGENT: Volunteer's Needed (Missing Children)

A

Art

Hello everyone,

I am interested in starting an all volunteer website which will be directed
at recovering missing children. I am aware that there are few other sites
out there with the same mission. However, My perspective I believe is a
little different and more pro-active. And, the way I view... worst case
scenario, we recover a few additional missing children....

Anyhow, this perspective would be a little more involved and will require
different types of volunteers... Web Designers, Data Programmers, Law
Enforcement, Private Investigators and community members in general
volunteering for a worst while cause. My particular experience is from the
Law Enforcement side of the house, with many years of investigative
experience... I have very little web design experience and knowledge.
However knowing the extreme power of the information highway, I know that
the website and database related to this site would be the front line tool
that will eventually help on recovering some of this kids.

I was hoping to find experienced web designers and data programmers in here
that would be interested in volunteering their knowledge and free time on
assisting me on getting this project of the ground. To give you a general
idea of my intent... I have put together a "sample" website (using a Front
Page template). If you are interested in learning more about this, or
should you like additional information.... Please, don't hesitate to
contact me via email.

The sample site: http://missing-child-locate.tripod.com/index.htm

My email: (e-mail address removed)

URGENTLY NEEDED IS AN ISP WILLING TO HOST OUR VOLUNTEER SITE AT NO COST
(This project at the moment is strictly a volunteer one, and any cost that
would be involved would have to come out of my pocket, which is extremely
limited...)

NOTE: Think of this an opportunity to use your knowledge, and specialized
abilities to contribute to the community and be a hero for this missing and
possibly endangered kids...
