URL Behavior

Is the a way of constructing a hyperlink to insure that it always opens a
fresh instance of the browser rather than depend up right-click and select
open in a new window?

Not that I know of. As a work-around you may try to see if you can catch the
hyperlink event, get the url, cancel the event and fire a new url window but
that seems like a lot of extra work that may or may not pay off.
