URL code instead of pictures and text

Ted

I'm getting URL code instead of the pictures and text as I use to. Clicking
on the URL code doesn't work as it spans multiple lines. What do I need to
do to get back to a normal display. Below is a sample of what I'm seeing.

One of the common causes of this is scanning your mail with your antivirus
scanner. If you have your AV program configured this way, uninstall it
completely and reinstall it without any email scanning feature. You will
still be just as safe and you'll fewer mail problems.

I was using AVG free and you suggested fix fixed the problem. Thanks!

It's also possible that simply disabling the "certification" message of the
mail scanner would suffice, but my preference is to not scan messages at all.
There's no point to it.
