URL in e-mail corrupted Outlook 2003.

I sent an e-mail with a link to our web site.
http://www.integrity-plus.com/Clients-say.html Regretfully when the
recipants recive it, it is displays

blocked::blocked::http://www.integrity-plus.com/Clients-say.html

And naturally can not open the page. I use this featug

that the page can not be open.

If you paste the urls in an email, your security settings will affect if
Blocked:: is added.

I would like to believe that I am not responsible for this problem..

Regretfully, I had several people in my e-mil list face the same problem
issue with URLs I sent to them. Even when I went to my own Sent folder
and
clicked on the URL link in my sent e-mail it opened my Widows explorer not
the IE. And when I sent the e-mail to myself and tried to open the URL it
gave me the same
(blocked::blocked::http://www.integrity-plus.com/Clients-say.html)

Do you have any other advice for me.
