URL link in email 'Application not found' - How to cure?

Using Vista and Outlook 2007. All links in an email attachment return same
error message 'General Failure - application not found.' Suggests URL not
correctly shown, which is not the case. What can be chnaged to get past this
error message and open the link?

Try resetting your web browser in Windows.
