We use Outlook 2003 (on Exchange server) at work.
On my Outlook, the emails go into the Junk e-mail folder became text format.
All the URL links still show as links in blue color. When I point the
cursor on it, the cursor changes. But when I click on it, nothing happens
(no browser window opens up.) I already uncheck the box "don't turn on the
links in messages ....", which means "turn on the links".
I check my co-workers Outlook, and all URL links work fine in their Junk
folder.
I use Outlook 2003 at home and at previous jobs, and they all work fine.
Is there any setting that conflict with this feature on my local machine?
Thank you.
