I'm running Firefox 3.0.3 on XP with Office and Outlook 2003. Everything is
fully up to date. Firefox is set as the default browser.
For a few weeks now, whenever clicking on a url link in Outlook 2003,
instead of opening a new instance of the FF browser, as it used to do, the FF
browser is opened minimized, as a button on the XP taskbar - which requires
clicking on the button to open the browser window.
This problem does not happen if IE 6.0 is changed to be the default browser.
And I believe it may not happen when no instance of Firefox is already open -
meaning, when Firefox is not already on.
Any clues on how to set the system to open the browser correctly (fully)
when a url link is clicked-on in Outlook?
THANKS!
