URL output in a REPORT

I have a DB which stores active URLs that I display via the forms. I need the
same out out put in a report which can then be displayed via the intranet. Is
it possible to either somehow get a dump frm the form with the URLs or can I
make a report but the URLS remain active and can be outputted to word
document which then can be linked to the intranet.
