url's do not work from Outlook

Hello,

For some reason everything I try to connect to a URL from the Outlook
program (not from messages) I get error messages that link could not be found.

For intstance when I try to download and install the Instant Search feature
for BCM I recieve the following: General failure. The URL was:
"http://r.office.microsoft.com/r/ridOfficeSearchInstallRTM?c..." The system
cannot find the file specified.

I also recieved a similar error when attempting to use a link a help topic
to connect and download Microsoft Mobile.

Can someone tell me how to fix this?
