URLs not opening emails that I receive

I just installed Outlook 2007 & now web links will not open in emails that I
receive. When I click on the web link, I get a message that says, "General
failure:
The URL was... Application not found" I am able to cut & paste the link
though. Can I change a setting somewhere so it will recognize Explorer &
open the link. This was not a problem before the upgrade.
