US Postal Service Certified

I am doing a mail merge mailing with a bar code. To get
the best discount on the mailing it can be sent
Automated. For the mailing qualify as Coding Accuracy
Support System (CASS) or Multline Accuracy Support System
(MASS) certified. Does any one how to get this
certification with Word 2003?
