USAF Standard Desktop prevents opening database

R

Our VB6 application uses an Access database. With the USAF "Standard
Desktop" security seems to be setup such that a user can create their own
database but others can not open that database. Our application fails to
open our database too. Any ideas on what needs to be changed to allow
anyone to open the database, as well as our application?

Rick,
Does everyone who is attempting to open the database have full permissions
to where the database is stored?

Lynn,

You are correct, it appears as if all the customer needed to do is right
click on our folder and change the security settings for that folder adding
the correct groups. An easy fix.

Thanks again

Rick
