Usage of MS Office

Does anyone know where I can obtain information as to facts and figures
relating to the usage of Microsoft Office worldwide.

I am trying to write a report, outlining my experiences of offices having
the technology of MS Office but it only being used to approximately 30
percent of it's capabilities within offices worldwide. But, I need to obtain
full facts and figures, or some sort of knowledge as to how MS Office is
being used out there.

Any help would be appreciated.
