"Usage Scenario Toolkit" for EPM 2007 implementations

Does anyone know details of the supposed "Usage Scenario Tookkit" for EPM
2007 implementations?

It's a semi-automated approach to capturing requirements through Use Cases
and is somewhat of an implementation methodology in my mind. What I've seen
at earlier this year seemed promising, but now I can't get hold of anyone who
knows about this initiative.

Does anyone have any additional information about what the toolkit is and
when it might be released?
