Use 2 or more data files

I have 2 data files open in my outlook, each w/ different names. One is just
for contacts, which I need but do not use often, so this was preferable to
creating another folder.

I find the need for a 3rd, however when I created a new data file, the only
thing it will accept is mail. I am trying to configure it to only accept
contacts like my second one. Ideas?

File | New | Folder -- make sure you create a folder to hold contact items.
