Use a command button to navigate a subform

I have a Form with a subform and I want a command button on the form that
navigates records on the subform. I would idealy like to use visual basic
code typed into the "on click" property. Some code please.

how do you want to navigate through these records???
there should be a record selector on the subform. if that
can't help you navigate like you wish, how do you want to
navigate???
need more info before code can be written.

I do not want to display the record selector and simply want to move to next
and and previous records with the button on the parent form.
