Use a Macro to Copy Columns from a Form to a Table

I created a form that automatically insert dates based on the input of another record in Forms. However this data is not in the Table. How can I either create a macro to copy this data into the table or How can I get this information into the table from the Form. These all fields are date fields.

Can you please give some more details about the relationship between the
dates automatically inserted, and the data in the other records? Sorry,
I can't quite grasp your meaning at the moment. Maybe an example woud
help. And also let us know how you have it set up for this automatic
insertion to take place. Thanks.
