Use a sinsle song as a background sound in Publisher

I would like to use a single song as the background sound for all the pages
of my Publisher website (there are 20)...

HOWEVER, I would like the song to play continuously through all pages, not
start over on every page when I click on another page in the site.

Is there a away to design a background sound to play through all the pages,
looped continuously?

Music on websites is downright annoying at best! I'm not sure which is
worse - music on a site or those damned swirly cursor things. Either way,
when it appears - I leave that site. Period.

You are not helpful, but thanks for trying...

This is my personal website, so those that would go there anyway wouldn't
just leave...

I have never heard of a "pop behind".
Any direction or instruction you can give me on where I may be able to find
some instruction on how to do this?

It's just a pop up that doesn't keep focus it will stay behind opened
windows.
