Hi, We have to repeat a project every year to save having to input the dates
again is there any way I can take the current project and automatically
change all the task dates to +1 year?

Hi billyfix ,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

Try using the Adjust_Dates macro from the Analysis toolbar.

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: http://project.mvps.org/faqs.htm

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)

Hi,

Mind you, adjust dates only works on tasks that are 0%complete (or unstarted
if you like)
If your base is a historical project you may have to set all tasks to 0%
complete before using djust Dates (from the Analysis toolbar)

Thanks Jan, I had previously tried the adjust dates as suggested by Mike but
you were spot on in saying I had to set the tasks back to 0% complete before
the task dates changed. Brilliant, saved a lot of time as I thought I would
have to re-enter all the dates.
