Is there a query way to use data from a DBaseIV (.dbf) table in an Excel
2007 workbook?
I know I can open a DBF table in Excel, but I just need certain fields from
records and I need them "live" when the workbook/sheet is opened. I figured
a query of some sort 'select q where x = y' type of question could work, but
other than some references to SQL.Request for Excel 2002 or 2003 with
statements that it is not supported in 2007, I have no idea where to start.
This paragraph is also all I know, or think to know about this.
Are there any mvp references to this etc.?
Thanks,
