I open a new workbook, go to the tool box and scroll down to the last item, which is Document Themes, click on a Theme expecting it to format my worksheet and nothing happens. What do I need to do?

which is Document Themes, click on a Theme expecting it to format my
worksheet and nothing happens. What do I need to do?
According toe Excel 2007 Help on themes: "A document theme is a set of
formatting choices that include a set of theme colors, a set of theme fonts
(including heading and body text fonts), and a set of theme effects
(including lines and fill effects)."
However I'm not getting it to work either. Hopefully somebody knows where
the problem is.
