Use Existing Access Database on PDA

Someone asked me for some help using an existing access database on
their PDA. I looked over the application and it basically is using
Access for tables and VBA (whatever Access's version is called) to
code the front end. Is there any way for them to use this database on
a PDA platform or do they need to redo the entire front end? I think
they would be willing to buy any PDA and software that would allow
them to not have to recode their whole program.
