use forms to add pictures

How can forms be used to add photgraphs?? Or can't
they???

I would like to be able to insert photos as well as text
in a reports form. ANd have it show up on the website,
or so other people can add text and photos to the form
and have it show up on theweb page.

Please respond to my email address as I am new to these
groups and can never seem to find any answers to my
questions.

FP2002 has a built in function for uploading images, however this places the
images into a folder within your web, then you have to manually locate the
images and then insert it into a page with FP, it is not automatic.

To automate the process you first need to check with your host to see what
is supported, as it requires a server-side application and written in ASP,
PHP, etc. and a database to store the information submitted by users.
