Use German dictionary in MS Office Document Scanning

I'm trying to use MS Office Document Scanning and set the language to German.
How can I add German as one of the OCR languages in the list?

Hi Julie,

You need to have the MS Office Proofing Tools Kit installed
if you're using an English language edition of MS Office 2003
http://microsoft.com/office/editions/prodinfo/language/proofingtools-table1.mspx
Once you have it installed you should see a choice for different
languages (other than English, French, Spanish) in MS Office
Document Imaging in Tools=>OCR
