Use 2003 InfoPath to create a form for new employees containing information
that will be used in Active Directory for Windows Server 2003 (latest service
pack for all software packages). Will be published to SharePoint intranet
portal for all Office Managers in widespread state agency to use when hiring.
Besides Name, phone and office address, the form should offer drop-down lists
for Bureau or Division, Supervisor, and Job Title. Employee can either be
permanent or temporary (with beginning and ending dates). They can also
transfer within the agency (and therefore already be in Active Directory) or
be a completely new hire. They can be merit state employees or contractors.
They can work regular hours on the network or have 24/7 access in which case
the Bureau Chief must justify this in writing. After filling out this
InfoPath form, the office managers must send this through email to the people
who will enter the information into Active Directory in the proper OUs and
groups and domains.
