Use mailto Command in E-Mailed Report send to HTML

I have reports that I embed in the body of e-mail using the HTML format.
Everything works fine. However, I want to include a mailto "hyperlink" in
the report/e-mail that the receiver can click on to respond to the e-mail
(open e-mail response).

The "hyperlink" text shows up on the report/e-mail, but not with
hyperlink/mailto functionality. BTW, I would prefer to send and image as the
mailto link.

Any ideas?
