Use microsoft theme from Frontpage in Publisher doc?

I am designing a webpage using Frontpage and have chosen a Microsoft Theme
(Deepblue 1011) for my background. I would like to use this same background
for a business card I am designing using Publisher but cannot see how to do
it.

So my questions is, how do I use a microsoft theme from Frontpage in a
Publisher doc?

Can anyone help me please?
