"Use MS Word to edit email" option in Outlook 2002 is greyed out

I have upgraded Outlook 2000 to 2000 but now the option to "Use MS Word to
edit email" option in Outlook 2002 is greyed out. How can I enable it?

You need the same version of outlook and word to use word as the editor.
