Use of Calendar in Outlook 2003

I have been using Outlook 2003 for years. Suddenly, when I try to enter an
appointment, etc., using Outlook, I get a message saying: "The form required
to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your administration." I
cannot enter anything using the calendar. I have uninstalled and reinstalled
Outlook but still get the message. Any suggestions?

maybe the "Frmcache.dat" is demaged.
