I have recently upgraded from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003. In Outlook
2000, the Format/Encoding menu permitted me to select KOI-8R (Russian
Cyrillic) which applied not only to a plain text message but to the other
fields, such as the Subject line. IN 2003, I cannot get the Subject Line to
accept Cyrillic characters even after disabling autoselect for encoding. Is
there a way to get Outlook to accept Cyrillic in the Subject line? I have
Win XP Pro with language support for Russian installed; my other programs
(Word, WordPerfect, etc.) permit me to use Russian characters, and I can use
Russian within the Message part of the email.
