Use of macro to eliminate specific characters from Excell spreadsheet

Hi all,

I am brand new to the world of macro use in Access and am
trying to develop a macro to remove spaces and commas from
an excell spreadsheet that is to be imported into Access.
Can you help me? I am also looking for a website that has
information (Access macros for dummies) to educate me in
the use of macros.
