I have Office Professional 2007 running on a Vista operating system.
Presently, I have a problem with Outlook 2007 crashing when I click on the
Notes tab or try to enter the Notes directory; however, this problem does not
show up in safe mode. Under the help - disabled items in safe mode there are
no indications that anything has been disbled in safe mode. Any suggestions
on how to solve this problem?
I have tried running scanpst.exe to correct the problem, using a new .pst
file, compacting and empting out my .pst file, but nothing seems to correct
the problem. I suspect that there is a file that is used in regular mode
that is not used in safe mode that may be corrupt. I have tried using setup
/admin to repair outlook but I can not get the repair utility to run.
