Use of product Weight within Accounts 2008

1) It is very important that we can print delivery notes and packing lists
that note the individual item weight (and packed dimensions, or cubic volume)
and totalise this per line and then totalise this for the shipment. Accounts
2008 does not seem to want to allow you to do this. Can you comment?

2) For our monthly EC Intrastat reports to the government we have to report
on weight shipped to EC countries. Please see Sage 150 package as this does
this very nicely. We could do with a standard report that does this.

3) For quarterly reportinmg to the government under the relatively new WEEE
regulations we also have to report total weight shipped to clients in the UK
(and separately to EC clients) on a quarterly basis. This has to be split
according to clients that are business and cleints that are consumer. We
could do with a standard report for this too.

As you can see - handling of weight (in fact we could do with gross and net
weight - i.e. packed and unpacked weight as fields within each product item)
within the database is vitally important.

I look forward to hearing from you.
