Use of Select All in Outlook Contact Folders

Is it possible to use the Select All function in any OL folder so that commands can be given to adjust all the records to display the Name and File as designation. If so, what are the commands or where are they located.

I can do this manually for each record. Looking for a global direct at the folder level so that the cited display result can be accomplished. Thanks.
