I need to sum a column of numbers, but only if the value in the "city"
column is one of three "cities". What's the proper way to incorporate
an "OR" function into the "Sumif" function? I can't seem to get the
syntax correct.
See Example:
A B
1 Rome 5
2 Paris 6
3 Rome 12
4 London 13
5 Madrid 1
6 Moscow 9
7 Paris 3
8 Moscow 20
10 Rome 3
In example above, how would I use the "Sumif" function to sum column B,
when the value in column A is either Paris,Madrid, or Moscow?
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide...
