I hate it when Microsoft rearranges their site -- it takes me forever to
find stuff! Anyway, yes, you can use the templates and clip art. Check
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/FX100829361033.aspx for templates and
http://www.microsoft.com/about/legal/permissions/default.mspx for clip art.
(And yeah, I know that the clipart section in that last link has another
link to "Legal Information" at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/FX100667421033.aspx -- but I sure can't
tell which link on THAT page is supposed to apply. Dang. Did I mention that
I hate it when MS rearranges their site? IIRC, there used to be a license
thing available from a link on the Clip Art home page.)
