Use of the calendar by everyone

I am looking for some advice about the way to implement
the use of the Outlook scheduling in my company. Actually,
everyone has been trained for the use of Outlook, about
the technival aspects of it. However, the schedule is not
a tool that is being used by anyone. We would like to have
them using the scheduling from now on but we don't know
how to implement that.
Would you have any advice or idea of the way of getting
everybody using the tool ?

Tell them that those who use Outlook to schedule their meetings will get
catered refreshments for them?
