Use of the training site

I'm a VAM for MSFT. Can our V-Vendors access & use the Office training site?

http://office.microsoft.com is free for all users. If you have some kind of
relationship with Microsoft, I'm sure you have better places and/or personal
contacts to find out about accessing other Microsoft training sites.
